Group Training

  • 12 week group training schedule
  • group runs 2 times a week
  • clean eating workshop to learn to fuel your body properly
  • mentors during run
  • improve mindset and self confidence
  • 6 week mud run training

Note: beginning 5k programs are structured so that no one is left behind. Group run starts together and finishes together. 5k group runs will start with intervals (run/walk) and will be able to complete a 5k in 12 weeks.
